Large collection of archaeological finds from the Bronze Age (a/o Ebla), from the Iron Age, from the Hellenistic, Roman, and Byzantine periods, and many finds from the Umayyad age. The frescoes from the synagogue of Dura Europos are here.

Photography is forbidden but the guards can be bribed.
